Seminar with Prof. Ulrich Hoppe

Prof. Dr. Ulrich Hoppe from University of Duisburg-Essen has visited CeLeKT for the first part of this week to discuss future collaborations. He held a research seminar on Wednesday and discussed current COLLIDE projects. The major theme of his presentation is that meaningful learning needs to be supported by mobile and / or ubiquitous technologies. In addition he stressed the need for orchestrating learning activities beyond fragmented technology enhanced experiences that are common in the sub domain of mLearning research and practice.
